Payment Policy

Valid credit card details are required to secure your booking. For bookings, no money will be charged against your credit card at the time the booking is made unless otherwise advised. Costs incurred from breaches of the cancellation policy will be charged to this credit card.

Payment for all accommodation will be required on check-in. 

Guests who have not provided a valid credit card may be required to prepay their accommodation and provide a cash bond at the time of check-in.

Special Promotions Payment Policy

Where prepayment for accommodation is required as part of a special deal or promotion, the payment will be charged against the credit card provided for the booking at the time the booking is confirmed. This payment will be subject to the terms of the promotion.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation and travel plans can change so we ask you keep in touch and notify us as soon as possible of any changes to your booking or the need to cancel. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of the booked date may incur a fee of the first night’s accommodation charges.

Not arriving for booked accommodation will incur a charge of the first night’s accommodation charges.

Any unconfirmed bookings we are holding for guests which have not been confirmed 14 days prior to check-in date we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in our units and all indoor areas. For those who wish to smoke, ashtrays have been provided outside. Please leave your unit door and window shut while you smoke to ensure no smoke enters the unit.

If smoke is detected in a unit, we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for all cleaning and other costs incurred in returning the room to its non-smoking status and any resulting loss of income.
